Antiquarian bookshop in London?
I´m sure there is hundreds of them in London -but does anyone know a good one where I might find some original Modesty strips or books?
I´m attending the Walk on 11/10 and want to use the opportunity to find something nice. I´m not familiar with London at all and will only stay for the weekend so don´t have too much time to look around either...

Re: Antiquarian bookshop in London?
Mika, I'm not a Londoner, so hopefully one of them will pop in with knowledge of good secondhand bookstores. In the meantime...
another option you could use, especially if you have particular books/editions in mind, is to search on Abebooks. You can search by title, author, and/or keyword, and country (although it doesn't let you search by city - too bad) -- this will tell you exactly who has the book you're looking for, at what price, and even in what condition. It will also give you an idea of who the 'bigger players' are if you simply want to browse to find a couple of shops.

Hope this helps...
